"This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium."

"Very cozy spot super close to beach, many restaurants and supermarket. If you are looking for a high-rise hotel this is not for you. If you are looking for something with character then this is your place. We did not have a car and it was fine. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because you had to pick up and drop of the key at a different location. Also they required a 250 deposit that I was not aware of until day before we got there. Otherwise it was great. We were in the effeciency. ...

"I really do not know where to start. This was the most exciting and beautiful properties that my family and I have ever stayed in! To tell my whole experience would be a the page letter! All I can say is management and the house staff were amazing!!! It was like a home away from home! We were greeted with the friendliest people in the world! So needless to say... we will be back! "An excellent place to stay for a family of 5! We often times have trouble finding anything where we don’t have to pay extra or get an extra room for our 5th person. All of these condo style units looked out to the pool and we could walk to everything! Perfect spot in Grace Bay. The beach access was great and this building comes with passes for beach chairs which we used every day. Can’t say enough about this small (island feeling) resort!"

"The property is in a perfect location at Grace Bay. There are plenty of reaturants within walking distance. The owners have all that is needed for the beach..laundry facilities are there too. Definitely will be staying there again. Owners easy to communicate with. 5 stars."

"Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma....

"I LOVED our stay here! The hotel is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance of shopping areas, eateries and casinos. I loved that there was a pool right outside our room that we could walk to easily from our room, and I really liked that the hotel gave us complimentary beach chairs & towels to take in the sunny beach from. They also provided food coupons so we got yummy food at nearby restaurants at reduced costs. I would definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel was incredible! The decor is gorgeous and it literally has everything you could ever want. The beach is quaint and property is more secluded than most other hotels which we liked. Only drawback was being about a 10 minute ride from the main town but they have an hourly shuttle you can take or a quick taxi. Their food/restaurants were great and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. While the resort was busy it did not feel crowded and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. My husband and I will definitely come back!"

"Pros: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Beachfront rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are phenomenal. Great close access to reef right off the beach. Great food we thought. Also we drank tap water with no problems. Happy hour two-for-one is the best deal of the day. Cons: Free Continental breakfast is okay but continental does not include eggs, bacon, pancakes, or waffles, things you would expect in the States. Our room was phenomenal but a building smoke alarm went off four of the seven nights we were there for about a minute and then stopped on its own. We felt like the hotel could have offered a shuttle to the downtown area in Grace Bay to do shopping or restaurants etc, but nothing was offered for that, and taxis are pretty expensive. We did not rent a car, we might next time. "
