Second stay and a good one. Heated floors were a great surprise. Be prepared to take stairs. Skip the cash-only vending machines... great food blocks away. Very comfy beds, beautiful lobbies, and super nice staff.

I would have given it a 5 star across the board but there is no elevator. The trip to and from the 4th floor is exhausting. Other than that, it is a fabulous hideaway in Soho.

Female travelers take note....there is no elevator in the hotel (had to haul my bag up four flights of stairs) and the hallways are dimly lit. The deadbolt on the door to my room didn't work and there are no phones in the rooms so no way to call down to the front desk.

The building doesn't have an elevator. I had to carry my very heavy suitcase up the first flight of stairs to reception because there wasn't any signage on the ground floor to indicate that anyone was available to help me. The room only had unpleasant overhead lighting, no lamps, including on the nightstands. No dresser for small clothing items, just shelves.

Great location near Soho and Nolita with a train stop around the corner. The room was nice and spacious. The only drawback was that there was no elevator so carrying your luggage up stairs wasn't easy.
