Beach House with River View

The private Riviera Association Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan, is a short 1 1/2 block walk. You may not want to leave the large screened porch surrounded by the landscaped backyard. The front patio views the Galien River with lovely sunrises, wildlife & kayakers. Gather for s'mores & star gazing in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. One mile walk, drive, or bike to the quaint town of New Buffalo that hosts many shops & restaurants.

The modern open kitchen provides a fun setting to socialize while cooking delicious meals with your group. The main level of this ranch style home has a living room with large picture windows and views of nature & the river wetlands & has a cozy wood burning fireplace. The kitchen opens up to the family room, dining area & screened porch. The huge screened porch is like no other with comfy Restoration Hardware teak seating and a large round RH table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The three bedrooms are appointed with comfortable beds and linens. The primary bedroom hosts a king size bed. The second room has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has three twin beds. On the main level, there's a newly remodeled bathroom with a tub & rain shower head and a vanity area with a pocket door.

The lower level is a family haven with a pool table, shuffle board, board games, gas fireplace & family room with a gigantic 85" TV. Also on the lower level is a newly remodeled bathroom with a large walk in shower, laundry room/mudroom, & walk out garage with bicycles (including a tandem bike), ping pong table, and beach gear.

To BBQ, choose from either the Weber gas or charcoal grill.

On warm days, enjoy the glorious private outdoor shower complete with hot water & blue skies!
