It was close to the events that we had scheduled and within walking distance. Didn’t appreciate the timeshare sales when we first walked in. Elevators were a little confusing. We got on one that only went up to 14. We were on 15 so figured we’d get off and catch a different one that went on up but you can’t. Had to go back down and find the other hallway with different elevators. Rooms were fairly nice but a little dated. Staff wasn’t very friendly. All in all I’d probably stay there again because it’s convenient.

Planet Hollywood has long been my go-to because of its central location on the Strip. That said, the property is getting pretty dated and that was more noticeable on this trip. Kiosks and virtual assistants helped make check-in and service requests much more convenient. But the lighting in the room was really, really dim — like, need a flashlight dim. I was asked if I wanted an upgraded room (which I’m guessing meant redecorated) for an upcharge at check-in. I opted out, not knowing what I’d be getting for the extra $$. Overall a fun experience but some of the shine has gone out of the place.

The food choices on site were quite limited (and of course very expensive, but that's to be expected). The food choices off site were nowhere nearby.
