From the moment you walk in you'll notice the open, bright and airy feel of this beautifully decorated condominium. This condo is on the first floor, but not ground floor as there is some parking underneath the building. condo 104 is only one of two condos in all of Summerwind Center featuring 20-foot ceilings giving the condo a grand entrance and a much bigger feel. The condo faces the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a palm tree theme in the kitchen and family room giving the condo a beautiful Florida accent. Enjoy the wraparound balcony where you can see both the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy with friends or take in the view of the Navarre Fishing Pier. All the bedrooms and the family room are carpeted. The front bedroom faces the waterway, has a TV, is decorated with bright green and yellow colors, and has an attached bath. The second bedroom also features a TV with a VCR. The primary bedroom has its own access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The en suite bathroom has a tub and separates glassed shower, double sink and space around the bath to sit or decorate. There is a large chair to sit on beside the armoire. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room. There is plenty of seating in the den with a queen sofa bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
