Staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The room was a let down. Stayed for 3 nights. The first moment you walk into the room it has a gross smell. Like sweaty bodies were rolling around on the floor. Only way to get over it was to sleep with my windows open. The floor could've had a quick mop through. Broken shower handle, you turn on the shower and it'll shower the ceiling first. But other than that quick check in and check out.

Was happily suprised by the upgrade to a suite but not suprised by the cleanliness, the luxury of the room or the high quality dining and assistance by the sommelier to match wines with our dinner. Exceptional.
