A few blocks more to shops, bars, breweries, music venues, and 5-10 minutes from downtown music central♫ ♫ Free off street parking and Everything you need for the trip from bedding, towels, bathroom items, and cookware are provided. I have the best Nashville restaurant, venue, attraction and event guide available for guests♫

♫ 2 minutes to 5 Points district
♫ 15 minutes to Grand Ole Opry
♫ 15 minutes to Nashville Airport
♫This is the private upstairs apartment/entire floor, of a 2 story house, so you have everything to yourself(private entrance, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and your own parking space off the street). The space sleeps up to 4 people with a standard queen bed for 2, and an available queen air mattress or convertable couch for 2 more. ♫
✈ Luggage drop off/delivery usually available, schedule with me ahead for a small fee ✈
♫ Early checkin, Late checkout sometimes allowed if prearranged for a small fee ♫
♫ Private entrance with a keypad to let yourself in or out on your schedule ♫

Top floor apartment
Small, cozy one bedroom apartment with all amenities. Small living room space converts into a cozy pillow filled futon bed. If the futon is too firm, cushions that fit perfectly are supplied under the futon with covers to make a nice sheet and many extra soft blankets of different textures to pick from. Right off main road close to everything.

Suggested improvements
An elongated toilet would be welcomed by any man. Just saying. TP on a stand would be easier for everyone. I moved a table to the wall at the foot of the bed. There is an outlet there, and I was able to set up my chargers for my devices very conveniently. A small lamp in the TV area with a dimmer would be great, and perhaps a floor lamp with a dimmer or 3 way bulb in the dining area/entry would also be nice. Location was perfect, and I appreciated being able to park off the street.

Trip to Nashville
Seth's place is in charming East Nashville. It is a convient location for exursions into the the downtown area, though a car or a ride share will be required.

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location to get to everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. The neighborhood was quiet and there are plenty of grocery stores, bars, and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Great place to stay in East Nashville. Close to everything. Only con is no outlet in bathroom. Seth was a great host and there’s tons of informational brochures for anything you want to do in Nashville and Tennessee.

This is a great location for east nashville. We had the best time honestly better in east nashville then going to broadway. This house was clean easy to find an fit our needs!!

Uncomfortable and uneasy
First of, I had to climb stairs to get into the place. When I entered, there was a fowl smell. The bedroom was extremely hot, so I had to sleep with the door open to get air. There was this loud clanking fan that was provided to help cool and circulate the air in the bedroom. Although I was on the top level of the house, I heard running and jumping noises most of the night.

This property is in the perfect spot for literally everywhere you want to go and have a quiet, clean, and safe place to go back to. 15 minutes to Opry Mills and less to Broadway. It also has a coveted parking space sought out in Nashville! Seth was really great with any communication we needed. Definitely worth checking out!
