4 day nightmare
My stay was far from perfect. I ran into many issues and it started once I arrived. First issue was parking because there was no clear instructions on where to park and it took 30 minutestl to actually park. Second issue I had was my parking ticket. I recieved a parking permit in my room with the wrong date on it. There was no front desk so I couldn't get it fixed right away also I arrived too late so I would have to wait till morning. All night I worried about my car being towed. Third issue was my code to get in the door. It was very difficult to get into my room everytime I tried to put the code in and would be outside for 20-30 minutes at a time. I eventually was told I had to use the spare key to get in. My fourth issue was my room door. I got a place with a spare room for my sister and her partner to have privacy. The door to separate us was completely broken and off the hinges. I contacted the number for assistance and they made it seem like it wasn't a big issue and it would be better to have it done after my stay( never got fixed). My final issue was the tvs. I had two tvs and both were broken. I was told to change out the battery and I bought some just for it to not work. I had called 4 times to get it fixed and I got the same answer which was ( I will get a call from the person (who can fix it) but I never got a call. We didn't get to watch TV our whole stay. Overall this was a nightmare. I've never made a complaint but this was too much.
