"Loved the neighborly feel. Nice house in a residential block with gorgeous backyards. You hear birds all day and the view from the window is so soothing. Yet very quick walk to center, it's a small area to cover anyway. Nice breakfast in beautiful room facing the backyard too. Had a lovely time in Olomouc."

"Hotel was very good, restaurant was very good. We booked a sauna room, which was very nice, but were disappointed that there was no spa availability. Perhaps the hotel should pre-offer spa services to guests booking in the hotel, it would have been nice as we were looking forward to that opportunity. The location of the hotel is interesting, being in an industrial area, so nothing to see or do outside the spa. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic! "

"駅からすぐなのでビジネスで訪れた際にはいつも利用しています。裏手にはスーパーもあり、レストランも近場にそれなりに揃っています。バスタブが付いているのが個人的にはありがたい。"

"The area and the quaint building were very nice, giving a sense of the good side of Olomouc. Also, the breakfast was excellent. If I had to say something, the heating was not very good. It would be desirable to improve the curtains and to prepare spare hangings in advance."

無人チェックインシステムが難点

"新しくて非常に清潔です。さて予約日の前々日に「無人ですので国番号つけた携帯電話番号を返信せよ。SMSで入口のパスワード等を連絡する。」とのメッセージ。しかしチェックイン時間になっても連絡無く困ってチェコの友人に電話してもらったがやはり連絡がないので結局チェコ友人のスマートフォンに詳細指示を送信してもらい、それを転送頂きチェックインできた。なおSMSには航空会社、鉄道、友人からの連絡等問題無しでしたのでこのホテルの連絡のみ着信できなかった様です。"
