Welcome to Winkelmanns Guesthaus! This charming home is located in the Galveston East End Historical District. Enjoy a day walking to local shops and restaurants on The Strand, or take a 1 mile drive to the beach/ 2 mile drive to Pleasure Pier. In the evening, prepare a homemade meal in our well stocked kitchen followed by boards games and movies, or walk to one of our 4-star waterfront restaurants. 1 block to Stand St/3 blocks to Harbor waterfront/8 blocks to Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal.
The space
We invite you to visit wonderful Galveston Island and experience our home between your excursions. When you are ready to settle in, our home features a fully functional kitchen and a smart TV in each bedroom and living area. Our property features four well appointed bedrooms that are comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, office desk, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The bathroom can be private, or accessible from the main hallway. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed with a fully dressed single bed (trundle) underneath. There is also a second guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the first floor. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have a queen bed and single plush fold out cot bed. There is also a children’s play area with toys and a baby gate located on the second floor for your use if needed.

Private driveway with non-paid street parking available. You will have access to the entire first and second floor, outdoor balcony, and both the front and side lawn of the property.
