"the check in was easy and Mr Shaja (forget his name) from Bangladesh at the Front Desk make it easy for us. The room very spacious and amenities is all there and our room on the 5th has a great view of Schonbrunn garden. We really like the hotel. Its true you live like a king! the king bed is huge! and there is closet, safe in the room and mini bar and free water upon arrival. coffee and tea maker in the room another plus! keep the good work to the hotel staff and management! would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again here!"

"Hotel is well located. Tram stops close by, main train station 5 minutes away. Easy walking distance to some attractions such as the Belvedere. The staff was helpful, we arrived well before check-in time and they were able to store our luggage for us free of charge. The hotel's interior design is unique and colourful. It was a great spot to stay."
