The attitude and service of the staff is very bad. I lost my credit card and they wouldn't lend me the phone at the front desk. When the breaker in my room tripped, they said it was my fault for using the hair dryer and the kettle at the same time. They also scolded me for putting too much water in the kettle. Isn't it normal for people to use both at the same time in the first place? They should apologize for the power shortage in their hotel first. When I called to ask to borrow a fork, they told me in a strong tone that I should come and get it myself. I don't know if it was racism, but this is not the kind of attitude you would expect from an international hotel, and it's really disappointing. This hotel really made me hate this country.
