Pros: The property itself was super cute! Area was very safe and walkable. Comfy beds, and lots of space in the room. Cons: Communication. We tried to call multiple times before we got to Salt Lake City because we did not know what the parking situation was. We were never able to reach anyone. One evening we were coming down to leave the hotel and there were two separate people standing in the lobby who were unable to reach the staff and were wondering how to get into their room becuase their code did not work. One of them even said she had been trying to contact someone for an entire day, but had to get a last minute hotel elsewhere. Very unsettling, I felt horrible for them. In the lobby, there is a room that is intended to have staff …. But no staff was ever present within the entirety of our 4-day stay. Our stay was just fine! But if something had gone wrong, or we needed assistance, we would have been stranded. Parking is also hard we had to park multiple streets over a few times.

No microwaves in the room, which is fine. But there is no alternative to heating up food anywhere in the hotel. Typically hotels without microwaves in rooms would have a designated area/option to warm food up if needed. Other than that it was great, but it would be nice to be able to heat up food somewhere in the hotel.

Breakfast buffet is really good. Friendly staff.

This is one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed—we bouldered for free (included in the stay), and everything is clean and welcoming. There are cornholes and a lounge on the floor with the rooms and a nice bar and coffee shop. There’s construction close by but it didn’t bother us. Lots of incredible restaurants—check out Laziz, a Lebanese place nearby. Delicious and lovely!

You can’t find a better place to stay…even if you pay more. That bed I did not want to leave, and that view is amazing. One of the coolest malls in the country is right around the corner. They have everything from Louis Vuitton to Zumiez, Apple Store is right there. We were there for a concert and we walked both ways. Hands down one of the best choices.
