Hotel is nice and updated in a gated area which felt safer. They require guests to wear wristbands in common areas but I noticed many guests not wearing them. Service was friendly and efficient at front desk. Our room was very clean with no strange odors except for what looked like black mold in the creases of the headboard. The 2 queen mattresses looked like they were on king size frames so the frame stuck out significantly from the mattress. There is a large fridge in the room but the microwave is in a common area. Some of the hallways have a strong odor but most of the common areas smell clean, but a very strong chemical smell. The balcony was a nice touch even though we did not have time to use it. Bathroom was clean and I liked the large vanity and shower but there was only one light and no lighting above the mirror making it hard to get ready and put on makeup. There is no floor length mirror. Breakfast is included but it was extremely crowded closer to the end so get there early. You’re not allowed to take food back to your room but we did find seating outside. There were quite a few basic options but there could have been more fruit and individual yogurt. The yogurt was in a big bowl high up so everyone getting yogurt is breathing onto it instead of it being behind glass and away from the face which was really unappetizing.

The staff was nice. This area didn’t really have walking distance restaurants like the other side of I-drive. This hotel also has an old feel to it. It definitely needs a face lift. Over all 6/10

This is always a GREAT place for Christmas time. Best service, location and accommodations.

I didn’t like that they provided coffee but didn’t have creamer or sugar so u would have to just drink black coffee

Everything was great, the only issue that I ran into is at the check in, it’s late at night and there was no one at the front desk, there was a sign says someone will come back 5-10 min, we waited 20 mins it was a long day and we’re all tired, we didn’t expect to wait that long but after the front desk showed up everything went smoothly and we were able to get some rest for the next day. Also you need to pay for parking it’s not free.
