"The hotel is located within easy walking access to restaurants and stores. I stayed for three weeks and it suited my needs. Rooms are small, but adequately equipped. There was no coffee maker in my room until two days before checkout when one showed up unrequested, which I found odd. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is available around the area. "Easily accessible from the port houses in Villa de Gaia, this beautiful small hotel provides a calm and quiet escape from the tourists. A lovely courtyard and self serve bar are a great addition. There is a restaurant on property but I didn’t use it. Staff are very welcoming and helpful; they will hold onto your luggage. "

"We had the most incredible stay at this hotel and got engaged here, making it even more special. The staff were absolutely amazing – so attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! "Property had an industrial boutique feel. Staff were lovely, room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great! Quirky decor and excellent bathroom. Had a very early checkout so got a shock with cold shower. Rang reception and they switched on the hot water. Would have been good to have known to request this in advance. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful."

"Nice location and great breakfast. When we arrived our room was uncomfortably warm and our room AC was turned off purposely by management saying it was too early in the season to run AC. I just wanted the fan to run to drown out my wifes snoring and the traffic noise in front of the hotel. Also our "twin deluxe" room had a mattress that had an embedded body print which needed changing or refreshing. So many hotels are now using foam mattresses now adays, you wonder about why still the old...

"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Walls were a little thin but didn’t bother me once I was asleep. Nothing special, but exactly what I expected for an airport hotel, perfect for a quick overnight. It’s an easy 10 minute walk, or there’s a shuttle for €2. "
