The hotel was very nice had many restaurants in the building there are a total of three hotels on the compound the grand prince hotel, shin grand prince hotel, and Sakura hotel I believe. You have access to all the restaurants in the three buildings. The garden was AMAZING the koi fish in the pond and the flowing stream water was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel. "It's a great place to rest, fast internet, free breakfast, a fridge where you can put your stuff, a bath where you can soak and relax. The area is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Overall it's a great place to relax."

"Incredibly attentive and kind staff. Went out of their way to help me often. Extremely affordable. Accidentally booked a smoking room. Previous tenants have burned the walls and stained the fixtures with cigarettes. Hall itself smells as well. On no smoking floors it was cleaner and smelled nice. I only ever saw the same cleaning woman on my floor. She was amazing and efficient. The rooms need deeper cleaning, especially on smoking floors. The hotel should consider giving their staff more...
