"This is an amazing property with rooms tucked in around gardens, a veritable rainforest, well-kept walkways, and many comfortable seating arrangements. Dog friendly and people friendly too! Staff was absolutely amazing! Quiet, comfortable, relaxing. Couldn’t ask for more!"

"I did not like that internet service was not provided on the property and that irons and ironing boards were not provided. Additionally, the. Pool was not operational at the height of the season. The restaurant’s menus was limited and the cost was unreasonable. Without these simple amenities the cost per night was excessive for the value."

Met all our needs!

"Toes in the Sand was perfect for our family. The backyard space was great! Easy walk to the beach and Publix. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and wagon made the short walk to the beach easy. The area of beach close to us wasn’t crowded so that was a bonus! Farther from restaurants but we were on vacation and not in a hurry to get anywhere. "

New Beach Retreat. less than 5min walk to the beach.

Loved the Location

"We loved our stay. It was very convenient to the beach, Publix, and Junkanoo Below Deck. The pool, patio and fire pit were awesome. It isn’t a big place but was plenty roomy. It was also very clean. "

Fort Myers Beach House - 1 Block to the Sand!

Winter break

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house all redone and all new fixtures. Very comfortable,great kitchen, nice amenities, super screened in porch just a block from the beach on a very quiet street. I gave 4 starts for location only because there was a vacant house on the street. As they are still building up from hurricane Ian. Overall great stay I would highly recommend "

"Located mid island 2 blocks from beach on a quiet side street. Nice house recently remodeled. Nicely decorated and comfy furniture. Management quickly responded to a need."

Private Pool- 2 Min from Beach- 6BR Big Blue Beach House

Great family memories

"The Big Blue House is in pristine shape and staff readily responded with concerns about a leaky air conditioner. Very roomy , well equipped kitchen, heated pool, close to the beach, beach chairs and a wagon, close to Publix grocery ,lots of parking and a second staircase so the spiral stairs were not an issue with the younger children. The neighborhood has a long way to go in it's recovery from the hurricane a year and a half ago but the Big Blue House is ready for large groups and the locals were grateful to have us there. A family favorite!"
