Welcome to your Mesquite getaway! This chic 2-bed, 2-bath, 2 car garage condo offers a serene escape with shared pool, hot tub, loungers, and rec building. Completely remodeled, it's perfect for families, couples, or friends to unwind. Convenient trailer parking, shade tree, and outdoor table with an umbrella for morning coffee and a good book. Mesquite is the ideal spot to go "off course" from your routine and bask in the sunny vibes. See you soon!

This beautifully decorated, comfy 2 bed/2 bath condo accommodates 6 guests with new, comfortable mattresses and bedding. You will find a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the guest room and a sofa sleeper in the living room. With new mattresses, quality linens, and extra pillows, you will get a great night's sleep. All mattress and pillows are protected with cooling, protective covers.

* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.

* No Smoking/No Pets - $300 fine if evidence of either is found (animal hair. smoke/ashes/butts).

The primary bath and closet are very private and comfortable for the primary guest/s. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to all and provides the same comfort as the primary. The bathrooms are stocked with sundries so that you don't have to bring shampoo/conditioner/lotion and more from home.

Each bedroom has its own TV. The 65" TV in the main living area is a smart TV and all offer local cable as well. The internet is 50 Bmp and streams well.

The full kitchen is fully supplied with condiments, coffee, cooking spices, and a full set of pots and pans and baking sheets and dishes which will make your stay a bit easier if you want to eat "at home" a bit. Please check to see what the condo has to offer before making your first trip to the grocery store.

Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere. Their goal is always a 5 star rating in this area as they take a lot of pride in their work.

The Rec area/hot tub is open year round (excluding malfunctions), but the pool is not heated in the coldest months of the year. A charcoal grill (you will need to supply your own charcoal), picnic area and kids play area is in the condo community. A large play park is just across the street, and Hafen Park is within walking distance. Hafen has a lovely bike path that follows the Virgin River, tennis and pickle ball courts, a large grass area and more playground equipment. Mesquite has spared no expense in their parks.

There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. The Mesquite Recreational Center is an awesome place to hang out for a few hours, offering the following: outdoor pool with lap lanes and kids in-water slide and play equipment in warmer months, and indoor pool, free weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes, dance studio, and more. Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays, senior games, and more. The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents. It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another. Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events. Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park. You can't be bored in Mesquite! We are 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.

Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.

* Please remove your shoes. Thank you!

* If the pool key/rec room key is lost, there will be a $200 charge against the security deposit as this is what the HOA charges us for a replacement key.

* This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Please be a kind neighbor.

* Additional cleaning fee for stays over 2 weeks. Inquire with hosts about stays longer than 2 weeks for answers to your questions.

* Be be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and complaints from neighbors resulting in a management call out is $100.
* Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.
* Please do not park trailers in the driveway, garage, or street. There is a designated trailer parking area in the northeast corner of the condo community. You are welcome to park there. First come, first served.
* Please shower, wipe your feet and remove lotions before getting in the swim spa.
*Pool/hot tub and recreational room - The pool and rec room are located in the center of the condo community. It is behind the rec center building and is shared. The pool fob will give you access to the area. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in $200 replacement fee from the security deposit. Please leave it on the hook provided when you checkout. Thank you!

Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. Pool is heated except for the coldest months of the year, and the hot tub and rec area are open year round.

Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.

CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM 1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
2. Please start one load of laundry (towels OR sheets).
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 79 in
summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS, locate TV and
garage remotes and leave in visible place in rooms.
