Explore the 'Birthplace of Rock 'n Roll' from this ideally located 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental condo! Situated in a modern, gated community in downtown, this premium condo makes it easy to experience the Memphis lifestyle firsthand. Six lucky guests can grab a brew at High Cotton MicroBrewery, catch a Redbirds game, and take the trolley to Main Street and Beale Street before retreating back to the sleek condo to watch the baseball games fireworks from the private balcony.

Upon arrival to the gated condo community, park yours cars in the private, 2-car garage directly below the unit.

Once you step inside, you'll find it easy to make yourself at home in the 1,440-square-foot condo, boasting modern amenities, hardwood floors, new carpet and inviting decor.

Spend lazy mornings lounging on the comfortable couches or chair in the living area and watching TV while the chef of the group whips up a tasty breakfast for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen. Cable and Netflix are included!

Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make the kitchen a chef's dream. Proudly serve your home-cooked masterpiece at the kitchen bar with seating for 3, or at the dining table with seating for 4.

When the weather is nice, bring the party to the outside patio, where you can fire up the gas grill for a cookout. On Saturday nights, head upstairs to the upper balcony and watch the fireworks from the Redbirds baseball game before heading to bed.

After the fireworks show, retreat to one of the 2 inviting bedrooms, which both feature their own full bathroom. Rest your head in the master bedroom's king bed or the second bedroom's queen bed. Additional sleeping can be found on the queen pullout bed in the living area.

Baseball fans, bring your mitt and prepare to catch a ball at a Redbird's Game at Redbird's Stadium, just 2 blocks from the home. During Saturday night home games, you'll even be able to watch the fireworks from the condo's private balcony!

Easily venture away from the property and explore downtown by hopping on the trolley, just 1 block from the home. Take the trolley to Main Street and Beale Street, where you can sample savory barbeque at the local restaurants and find the perfect souvenir at one of the unique music memorabilia shops. At night, stick around for the lively music scene, as live music clubs open to welcome all music fans!

Memphis Fun
There’s so much to do in Memphis and this condo was a great location to do it all. It was a quick Uber ride to Beale Street in the evening. Other attractions like Graceland and Sun Studios were a quick drive in our own car with plenty of parking at the sites. We felt safe at the condo with good garage parking. We enjoyed our time in Memphis.

The only thing I would say is…. The front of building (building across is getting redone) needs some cleanup. Maybe even put a tank for the grill or get rid of it all together. We enjoyed our selfs.

Great Location, Clean and comfortable
The location is great, there is a brewery across the street! Secure parking in garage. Tons of room for 2 couples, clean and comfortable. Only 1 item that needs to be addressed, upstairs carpet is really due to be replaced. Other than that everything was great! Would go again in a minute!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. It was a short walk to Sun Studios and a quick Uber ride to Beale street. It was quiet and easy to access. The condo is in great shape - fully stocked for visitors. Jason was very responsive to our questions and the one issue we ran into. I highly recommend and will stay here the next time we are in town.

The condo was clean and spacious and the host was very responsive. The 3 sets of stairs were definitely a workout and would not be great for families with small children and older adults. We were walking distance to Sun Studios and an easy drive to Beale street and the restaurants we chose. The neighborhood is attracting more businesses which will only make the area more attractive. Good place for the price

The property lacked attention to detail. There was cold coffee left in the pot from previous occupancy and insufficient coffee pods and creamer for us. There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom. Light in master bathroom closet was out. It wasn’t somewhere I or my friends would return to. Barbecue was filthy and needed to have a cover.

Comfortable and bright
The property’s entrance was off on a side street making it difficult initially to figure out how to get into the building but once in everything was good. The place was bright and comfortable. Overall the place was clean but we did find a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Pantry was decently stalked but could have used a few extra dishes such as cups and serving utensils. We found the place more in an industrial area than where we wanted to be on Beale Street. It wasn’t too far away but we elected to drive or take an Uber instead of walking. Lots of great recommendations were left to help us plan our time in Memphis which we really appreciated. We hope to return for another visit in Memphis as we didn’t feel as though we got to see everything we wanted to. Thanks for the stay!

Nice but not worth $$$$
Picked this so we did have to worry about parking since it had a garage. But the parking lot was being redone so we had to park on the street. Down the block. Host did offer to pay for parking. Very nice of him To do that. For the price it was ok it needs some fresh paint paper towel holder in 1/2 bath was falling of the wall, hand rails going up and down steps needs paint, bar stools were very shakie. Bed was very nice, tv was great shower was great , rooms were nice size. Back door maybe should have a thumb lock, if there is a fire you have to use the key to get out not safe. Hopefully this never happens just a fyi. Over all it is a nice place but not sure it was worth the price we paid. Host was great at responding to me and helping us get to the correct building Trees have frown over the building # so we could not see it unti lwe were standing underneath it. Host did let us get in early that was a great plus.

The pictures were true to the condo and very pretty. Let me start with the positives. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Close to a lot of attractions. Love the washer and dryer. Nice having a garage and dog park. Great bathrooms and loved the ceiling fans. We had a few problems. First problem upon arriving was we couldn't get in the gate using the keypad . We actually could only get in because someone was going out. Both key pads were a constant problem. Also the patio (which I was very excited about) had enough room underneath that I could just let my dog out on it. Also the patio could use some tlc. The door going to the patio was very odd, you couldn't lock w/o a key. Didn't like that at all. The stairs going upstairs were unsafe for my little dog. She was scared to go up them and I didn't want her to up because she would of fallen thru. We had to block the upstairs so she wouldn't attempt to go up. Don't get me wrong I loved that it was pet friendly. Just frustrating!! Tv could of had a few more stations to watch. The Netflix we couldn't get to work in one of the bedrooms. The wood floor was kinda dirty needs a good mopping. Looked clean but when went to wipe up something the rag was black. TCB

I want to give Jason and his property a high rating as he is a great host, very responsive. But the property is just tired. Cons - - Needs fresh coat of paint. Marks everywhere. - The property had not been cleaned prior to our stay. There were fingerprints all over the toilets and our socks were black from walking around. However, I did call Jason, and he had his cleaning crew over the next day. But the glaze was off the donut by then. - Only paper towels were provided for the downstairs bath. A paper towel rack screwed to the wall....? - Power cords everywhere, - Living room lamp missing turn on knob. Had to use the knob from the other lamb and then just left it on and unplugged to turn off. - Property is across from industrial buildings. - The access instructions are not clear, you do have to use the # key to access the garage. - No instructions for the TV, how to switch from non Hi Definition TV (?) to apps - Hulu, Netflix, etc. - 2 very used white towels for the master bath. No towel racks. - A thumb tack, yes a thumb tack, stuck in the wall by the living room TV to hang the access key on. - The kitchen drawers are unorganized, random plastic utensils, no drawer liners. - Several bulbs burnt out, under microwave, hanging kitchen lamp. - No extra blankets, was 30 degrees during our stay. Pros - - Lots of room - Bed comfortable. We will obviously not be back nor recommend. That said, with some TLC and real attention (effort) made to make it more of a themed environment, this could be a nice VRBO to consider. Currently, it is just a guy's weekend flat.

Nice Place!
location was great and loved having the private garage and gated parking lot. Condo was perfect. Living room and beds comfortable. Communication response was quick when we had a couple of questions arise. Took an Uber to Beale Street since it was dark and we didn't know the area. Then walked over to the Peabody to look around the city from the rooftop. I will stay again if in the area.

Memphis overnight
On our way to a motorcycle rally, great security in the parking area and it had a garage. Across the street from a great brewery and 10 minute walk to Beale! Host was super nice on the phone and the place was exceptionally clean.
