"Overall a pleasant stay that is a 5 minute walk from Nagoya station and the mall. Two convenience stores located close by as well. Staff were helpful and rooms and facilities were clean."

"The staff were wonderful and typically Japanese they were super polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant and room service is very tasty. The rooms are very comfortable. I had the best sleep in weeks in that bed. I did have to request a room with a desk when I first arrived but this was no problem for the staff and they switched my room immediately without hesitation. Finally the location is excellent as it is right above Nagoya station ( no noise) and there is also a shopping center from floors 1 to 10 and dozens of restaurants on floors 12 and 13. Nagoya castle is only a short 15-20 minute walk away and with the trip. The Toyota museum is also about 15 minute walk and I really really recommend going to have a look at that. It is very interesting. "
