"Great hotel located nearby Nagoya station. There is tea, coffee and toiletries available in reception which we really appreciated. The room was clean and a nice size and had a mini fridge which is useful. We didn’t hear any other quests and the staff were very professional. The staff who spoke enough English to help us check in and answer any questions. When we asked about our luggage options one of the training staff wasn’t sure what we meant but was able to use a live translator screen which we were very impressed with. This made communicating much easier for both us and the staff. "
