"I had a lovely lady called Hajar from the restaurant and every morning she would bring me and my mum breakfast to our room even when i couldnt be bothered to go downstairs for breakfast she would go out her way and bring me and my mum breakfast every morning outstanding service and asset to the hotel its rather to find staff that go over and belond in service.
