「Excellent high end property with welcoming staff (Hagar at the reception and Said in food and beverage gave great service) spacious rooms and great location between Fes and Meknes an aqua park in the summer time. Thank you for a memorable stay.」

「Check in was the worst I have ever experienced, he was rude and made me feel like a nuisance, I got escorted to a cash point because it cost 100 diram minimum to use the card machine, only for the cash point to give me 5x100 notes (66) 😂😂 he almost shouted at me, I told him keep the change mate. The property was basic but ok, the waiters and cooks do deliver world class service. Overall I would recommend this place I just feel that the reception staff should learn from the waiters and cooks....

「It was fine, comfortable and enjoying. The only thing that annoyed me is that they didn't respect the price provided by the hotels.com without any reason. But i stuck into my travel reservation and they accpeted it finally with 15 euros more after i called the manager.」

L hôtel ne vaut absolument pas le prix payer je ne fait jamais de mauvais commentaire et j ai eu de mauvaise expérience mais celle là c est la pire avec hotel.com 」

「Quel privilège de pouvoir accéder à l’univers de ce merveilleux peintre qu’est Claudio Bravo. Le palais qu’il a dessiné est à son image: dédié à toutes les formes d’art, d’une esthétique bouleversante, avec des jardins d’agrumes et de Rose. Se baigner dans la piscine très tôt le matin est un pur bonheur. Le dîner fut somptueux ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Et enfin tout le personnel est à louer pour le sourire, la gentillesse, le total dévouement à noté bien être.et surtout surtout pour l’amour...
