「I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. Its a family-ran business and well facilitated. I particularly loved the free airport pick up and drop off.」

「The night desk person could not understand the concept of paying for the room on Expedia. He kept trying to make me pay twice. There's open building construction directly attached to the eating area. 」

「Gately is a quaint hotel that is always enjoyable. The staff are courteous, professional and attentive but not annoying. The facility itself is a bit nostalgic and unique, and along with that comes aging plumbing and electrical supply problems. You will enjoy Gately, particularly the staff, but expect a bit older amenities.」

「The hotel no longer offers free airport shuttles. They probably lost my business. The restaurant inside the hotel is under expectations. The pool is actually a separate business outside the hotel. You have to go around the building. Quite disappointing ! 」

「All the rooms and facilitaties are very good and the staff are very good. We had an incident with the receptionist but everyone came in and and it was all sorted very well. So I give everything 9/10」
