"We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate."

"A localização é ótima, o quarto é confortável, sendo apenas 2 beliches no quarto, os funcionários são bem educados. Contras: não tem armário com chave ou cadeado, falta organização no sistema de reserva (fui abordada algumas vezes sobre a minha reserva e cobraram em duplicidade), a cozinha é muito pequena e utilizada por muitas pessoas, incluindo funcionários, não tem copos, só tem um fogão de indução com 2 bocas, a pia e o chão da cozinha e banheiros quase sempre sujos (hóspedes não colaboram)....

"Needs serious updates, rooms outdated, mattress you can feel the springs, A/C very noise, bathroom does not flush properly, even though I asked for them to send a repairman, they never send it. Have to fill the waste-basket with water to help flush the toilet. VERY NOISE STREET."

"I slept well but the building is old and some stuff in the room is in rough condition. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom for some reason. There was a fridge but no microwave. "

"Comfortable and clean room, airconditioning, hot water pot and minibar. Nice restaurant (Dal Grano) downstairs. Near University and Pampulha lake complex--within 15 minute walk. About 20-25 minutes by Uber to downtown, so be aware that you will need to travel to get into the central city."

"I had a fantastic stay at Savassi Village Hotel! The hotel is great, with excellent service from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely awesome! The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the team working in the breakfast area was simply amazing. The girls there were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.
