"Lovely clean property with lots of space and rooms. Gardens beautiful and accessible with seating. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. "We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"Hotel was lovely. There was a nice atmosphere and everything was spotlessly clean. Room good size, bed maybe ready for renewal as matress sinking a bit and wasn't that comfortable. Make sure you pay for parking up front at Qpark or you won't get the discount...we didn't see that when booking. Special thanks to Jimi at reception for explaining this for our next visit. "

"Excellent service by the staff and the room is great for the price. In a great location to walk around Newcastle as well. My only one issue was there was some spiders in my room, most likely due to the bathroom not being super clean. I was only there for one night so didn't make a fuss. I would definitely come back however, love the location and was comfortable."
