Was told not to ring the bell because I was checking out early and to just leave my key on the counter. Just leaves a chance for somebody to pick the key up and if something were to happen to the room, I’d be charged!!

There was holes in the bathroom door. Definitely an older and wouldn’t hurt from updating. Thin walls and could hear people above us. Not the worst but decent.

There were holes in wall with half patches on them. The bed had had writing pens underneath the sheets. We had an an air conditioner that didnt work. They said they had a contentenial breakfast and all it was, was a banana and muffin with watered down coffee. It was a cheaper place to stay for the night but we didnt believe that it would be that bad. The wall were paper thin and could hear people arguing all night long.

It was just a few minutes from the beach which was nice, however it was poorly advertised. There was no breakfast provided with the exception of bananas and muffins, and the rooms didn't have coffee like advertised. When I asked front counter about any of it, she indicated coffee was only provided to certain rooms who had previously requested it, and they just stopped providing breakfast with no explanation.

We only stayed one night because it was so disgusting. Staff is rude and don’t care. Lobby and rooms are filthy. Cable and internet doesn’t work. Not a safe area on a busy street with a lot of traffic. Had groups hanging around our truck asking for money and to get them a hotel room. Your stuff is very likely to get broken into or stolen and the hotel isn’t going to do anything about the people hanging around in the parking lot. We do NOT recommend to anyone. This place screams bed bugs!!

JJ was the greatest!! He is the perfect representative for Palace Inns Suites. He was friendly, upbeat, engaging and you could tell he likes what he does for a living. He was really interested in making sure we had a pleasant stay at the Palace Inns Suites.

No coffeemakers. Mold on the shower curtain. Faucet drips. International breakfast is limited with lukewarm coffee. First room was not ready or cleaned. Saw visitor drive away because no one came to the front counter. Very little body wash in dispenser and no extras, like small soap bar or toiletries
