"Beautifully renovated chateau, combining a thoughtful mixtiure of period features with modern touch. Our room was lovely but rather compact (we only stayed 2 nights so that was fine). We had views of front garden (impressive cedars). Super vista from the terrace and a great outdoor pool. Breakfast was very good but pricey 24€ pp.daily, served in the pavilion accessed by an underground passage. Reception staff were super helpful. "

"The hotel was very nice located in a very small and quiet town. So if you like a quiet place to stay, away from the city, this is the place for you. The staff at the hotel was excellent. When they heard we were going on a hot air balloon at sunrise on a cool morning, they offered us jackets to use. In addition, we had a problem with our rental car and they helped us translate with the car repair service person who came to help us. Our experience spoilt at dinner when the " Canette" ie duckling" arrived overdone, dry, and inedible, instead of pink and moist. Returned the dish untouched. At check-out found that the untouched, returned dish was still charged for, but with a 30% reduction. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night.
