「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「Good clean hotel with great service, still, didn’t feel any special about it being a 5* resort. Would have to stay at other places in Lanzarote to comment what’s better but Servatur Waikiki in Gran Canaria was at par with this one. Location is great though for walking trips to playa Flamingo or Papagayo. Also playa Dorada is just outside. 」

「Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool...

「Nous avions du 4 au 11 janvier réservé pour l’hôtel Riu et à 4 jours de notre séjour nous avons été dirigé vers un autre hôtel Seasides los Jameos un super plaisir dans cet établissement . Réception à notre arrivée un verre de champagne de bienvenue des buffets du petit déjeuner au dîner un choix variés chaque jour , piscine eau à 26 et l’autre à 18 animations piscine et le soir avec les enfants en début de soirées et spectacles vraiment !! 「One of the most gorgeous huge hotels we have ever stayed at!! Modern deco. Loads of space everywhere. Never felt crowded. Stunning views & easy walk (10 mins to the main town) & beach (5 mins). Rooms are beautifully appointed. Buffet area large & tastefully decorated. Might be a little short on staff some days ... But not a complaint. Love that they don't charge for sparkling water!!!」

「Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Only stayed on a B&B basis but breakfast selection was excellent. On the negative side, I twice reported a problem with the balcony light but it was not fixed during our one week stay」

「Everything Fine. Food could be more hot but the offered meals are amazing and good.」

「We stayed on a half board basis at the Beatriz in late March. We have stayed here on a number of occasions in the past. The hotel is well located near the Centro Commercial in Matagorda. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and cleanliness very good. The food, though quite good, was not as good as I found it in the past. I have however a number of suggestions which I would like the hotel to consider: 1. Publish the dinner menu each day either by displaying it on a notice board or online so...

「Fabulous accommodation with lovely pool area. The apartments were really well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. There was also a filtered water tap which was really useful. There was no shop on site but you could order bread and pastries to be delivered each day. We hired a car which was really useful as it is about a 30 minute walk to the harbour area. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10」
