「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「The Staff were very friendly and helpful ..the area and pools were very nice if a little cold in february and especially the 50m pool which was warmer. Other beaches and restaurants were some walk away from hotel so we upgraded to all inclusive which i recommend especially as i have to follow a gluten free diet and restaurants and bars all had a gluten free corner.」

「I am no a professinal reviewer of hotel, but they must have thought I was... That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? 「Mooi hotel vooral voor kinderen. Het personeel was zo lief. Complimenten voor het personeel van Het restaurant aardig, professioneel alleen voor hun zouden we terug komen wat een service. Het eten was heerlijk smaakte goed veel keuze. De junior suite was ideaal voor kinderen tegenover de miniclub mijn 2 kinderen hebben genoten. Zee op loopafstand mooi strand. 」

「Nous avions du 4 au 11 janvier réservé pour l’hôtel Riu et à 4 jours de notre séjour nous avons été dirigé vers un autre hôtel Seasides los Jameos un super plaisir dans cet établissement . Réception à notre arrivée un verre de champagne de bienvenue des buffets du petit déjeuner au dîner un choix variés chaque jour , piscine eau à 26 et l’autre à 18 animations piscine et le soir avec les enfants en début de soirées et spectacles vraiment !! 「Lovely place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟」

「Fantastic location in the old town with an amazing 180 degree view of the harbour, sea and mountains. The food was great as was most of the staff. Cleanliness was very good. But what let it down was the horrible old furniture, curtains with holes in the blackout curtains. The worst of all was the old uncomfortable, worn out beds. The apartment was like something from the 1980s . The pool was fantastic, but the bar and restaurant badly need to be refurbished. Which is such a pity as the Venue...
