There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was only 2 towels upon check in, and when I asked for extra the next morning (we're a family of 4) it took them over an hour to bring them to us becuase they didnt have any clean.

Booked a room through Expedia and then sat for two and a half hours going back and forth with the desk people and Expedia. The hotel had no reservations for me… after the 2 1/2 hours I’m there they end up booking out and tell me they can’t accommodate us. The property was nothing like the pictures show anyways the pool was very run down and a bright greenish brownish color which is one of the main reasons we chose the property! Didn’t get to see much other than the front parking lot and check in office but from what I saw I’m glad it didn’t work out! Expedia was very helpful the entire time and got me set up somewhere else down the road! And a plus it’s way nicer!!

I book reservations for 2-7/25 2/9/25 that Friday when I got there my room wasn’t ready exactly at 3pm and I came 2/hours away from home to attend to a funeral that weekend that started at 5 the wake so I ask what room I was getting she told me and I ask can she give me my keys so when I leave the wake with my family I’ll just come back afterwards. I go inside my room and the bed was nice and tidy but when I walk to the bathroom that’s what made me go left the tub look like it haven’t been clean in years and they bath towels was so black and nasty like they haven’t been wash witch I bring my own towels and wash clothes the room had a strong cigarette smell the outlets didn’t work in there everything was just nasty about the place. What I seen on line didn’t look like what I seen in person. It was very disgusting and nasty and I recommend no1to stay there. The over night Audit was very nice and professional about the whole situation and gave me my refund back on my card. She have great customer service skills I wish I could remember her name but she was very nice to me I give her a 10

I called before making my reservation and ask if the pool and hot tub was working and they told me yes and I book the room and it was dirty the tv wouldn’t work and the pool and hot tub has been shut down for months. The motel looks nothing like their website it was a horrible stay and I called corporate this morning and they said someone would be calling me back shortly and that was about eight hours ago and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Todo estaba asqueroso y sucio. Las toallas y sábanas sucias y manchadas. Los indocumentados de mantenimiento son unos puerco, solo te dicen que el hotel es así y no pueden hacer nada. La piscina estaba color verde. El jacuzzi abandonado y vacio. El gimnasio tampoco funciona, es un almacén sucio. Las ventanas asquerosas. El cabezal de las camas con marcas de manos y manchas. Es una total pesadilla. Everything was disgusting and dirty. The towels and sheets were dirty and stained. The undocumented maintenance guys are filthy, they just tell you that the hotel is like that and they can't do anything. The pool was green. The jacuzzi was abandoned and empty. The gym doesn't work either, it's a dirty warehouse. The windows are disgusting. The headboards of the beds have hand marks and stains. It's a total nightmare.

Lots of recurring noises through the night, just enough to be slightly annoying. There was a “free breakfast” advertised, but when I went at 9am, the coffee was empty. There were no pastries or waffles, etc. The only thing that was there was a selection of cereal.

This hotel is TERRIBLE. It was absolutely disgusting we ended up leaving and going to stay somewhere down the road. The night stand had black stuff burnt all over the side of the night stand and burn marks and holes in the carpet next to it, the carpet coming up all over the room, dirty and sticky counters and fridge, the bathtub was gross with a round black stain in the middle going towards the drain, hole in the bathroom door, stains and mold all over the lamps, stains on the bedding and sheets, and hand prints all over the head board. This place was so so disgusting I can not believe that they are still in business. Do not stay here.

This is the worse place I have ever stayed in. Don’t look at the pictures they are very misleading! Where to even begin mold on the ceiling, bathroom and walls. Had 4 guest gave us 2 towels,wash rags and hand towels house keeping never had enough linens to provide us what we needed. If you decide to waste your money here be sure to have shower shoes and don’t take them off til your ready to put on your shoes the floors were so dirty I wouldn’t let my dog walk on them. 1st night took a shower the water was black just from my feet walking across the floor. The bathroom had a lingering crap smell like someone had used the bathroom when no one in our party would even use the toilet it smelled so bad and was old and dirty . Don’t eat the “breakfast “ they have 1gallon of milk which everyone shared and I’m not getting into that Anyways this motel is horrible police activity on night 2 … several full time residents (which i totally understand and no judgement at all times are hard) but after talking to one the amount they charge her to stay there is ridiculous and they taking her money! We tried to check out and go somewhere else but because we used cash and 3rd party to book your screwed! The little pond under the bridge 1/2 empty which had several dead fish floating on top and a poor turtle looking at me like please get me out! Never ever again would I go to this dump!!!!! Do your research before booking here

The location was not too bad but the room needed some work. The security look was broken off and the toilet was barely attached to the floor. Shower walls had dirty hand prints and every wall looked like it needed to be scrubbed. I will avoid the Baymont brand from now on I may even just avoid Wyndham all together.
