"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. "Super nice studio room in La Lechere! My husband and I stayed there for skiing in the Three Valleys resort. About a half hour drive for most of the skiing but a good location to be able to ski at different areas each day. The hot tub is not free FYI, there is a charge for a day pass but they are nice thermal spring pools. Tiny kitchen works perfect for two people for simple meals. You will not receive housekeeping every day but you can request it for a fee at the hotel, or just ask the front...

Would 100% recommend!

"We loved our stay at Mamie Megève. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely. Initially we had thought it might have been an issue having to get a shuttle to the slopes but they were regular and really easy. Special shoutout to Miloud, a driver from a neighbouring hotel (L’ambrosie) who picked us up from the slopes and took us back to Mamie Megeve. He was very friendly and really helped us out as we were really tired from a whole day of skiing. Would definitely recommend staying at M.M and hope to come back here in the future."

"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. We had a 2 bedroom/shared living room which was comfortably with a beautiful view of the slopes; be aware there's only 1 toilet although 2 showers/bath for multiple people. Rooms are a little dated. Very nice buffet breakfast with croissants, cheese, eggs, meats, lox, fruit etc, but gets a little hectic at times. Overall was a very nice experience at the hotel. "
