「I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed! 」

「Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom...

「Not the most soundproof place. As it’s on the same street with various bars and restaurants, be prepared to have live music permeating through the walls until 11pm. Besides that, the place is okay. Just the floor is not cleaned. 」

「It is suitable for 1-2 days before or after the islands」

「The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. In the evening the following day I recognized that somebody stole my money. The owner didn't care at all and wanted me to pay the...
