The hotel looked good and appears to be recently renovated. The location is perfect and close to shopping, eateries and local transport. We enjoyed the facilities but did not have any food and beverages as there was so much local cuisine within walking distance. As with the rest of the hotel the room was nicely furnished. On the negative side, the bathroom was clearly showing its age doesn’t appear to have been updated like the rest of the hotel. The shower area was moldy in the grout lines and generally didn’t give a sense of cleanliness.

Excellent location and close to all amenities. Just hard to get transport like grab in the evening as there is lots of traffic. Hotel is welcoming and service is excellent, however the beds are very stiff and can do with softer mattresses.

1st time stay in this hotel.. Happy overall.. the service staff is friendly and attentive.. ready to help.. thanks to Mandy this lady even remembered me where I preferred seating area. Her service is impeccable. I will be back . Very clean hotel. Nice ambience. Comfortable bed. Could improve on the blinds for the bathroom tho - even when blinds are down, there is still a gap between blinds and window, making the toilet visible from outside. Making up room services a tad slow as compared to other hotels. Otherwise, nice comfortable stay. Accessible - right across from Sungei Wang and 5mins from Lot10

Room was nice, not as nice as other family members had even though i booked for all of us at same time. Breakfast for first 2 mornings was ok. Staff were not as eager to help out, didn't seem to have direction and just stood around waiting for us to approach them. Tables were not cleared quickly. That changed considerably when Syaffik was there for rest of week. Very efficient and helpful and always smiling, couldn't do enough for all guest's. Made the start to our morning much nicer. Lounge and bar was a nice place to meet up but food was a disappointment as it was mostly cold when served. That needs to be addressed as club sandwiches, chips and sliders are not appetising when lukewarm or cold. Hotel is very convenient for shopping,restaurants, monorail and hop on hop off bus.
