"The staff was outstanding! The room was comfortable but we had a room facing the street and it was extremely loud. The hair dryer attached to the wall in the bathroom overheated after 30 seconds and then shut down. Eva at the front desk was able to get me a hair dryer to use. The only other thing I would note is that the bathtub was super slippery so we had to use one of the hand towels on the bottom of the tub to prevent an accident from happening. "Great hotel for a family traveling with a large vehicle. The location is not too far off the highway. We parked in the onsite garage and left the driving to Uber for the tourist sites . The staff was friendly and provided lots of local info. There wasn't too much to do near the hotel, but it was a good base away from the city center. "Good room with a view. Fully sound proof. No noise of trains. House keeping did not clean the room the second day. They messed up the reservation, I lost fob access the second day. I booked through Expedia for two nights. They called me three times to pay the city tax, even though they had a holding deposit. Being a busy hotel, the management is not in sync with the events. "It was super clean and nice. Seems its a new hotel. They checked us in 1 hour earlier which was nice. As always pull out couch wasn't really comfy but it was ok. I would stay there again and will recommend others. Close to brussels nord and city center "

"I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had a lovely vibe to it. The room had a good ambience with a range of items useful for our stay. There were loads of good food options nearby and the botanical gardens were a must visit for evening and morning walks (Including turtles and goslings). Didn’t get a chance to try the other facilities within the hotel but if they were as good as the rest of the stay, your on to a winner."

"The hotel itself is amazing! Extremely well done and the ambience is top notch. Our room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant was very rude and we witnessed multiple other guests complaining to the staff while we were there. It definitely impacted our experience dining at the Hoxton."

"Nice stay, location is great if you’re using the train and only spending a couple days. Hotel is convenient to everything in the center. Rooftop view is wonderful. Beds are fairly comfortable but nothing spectacular. Staff didn’t acknowledge VIP status and didn’t really say much, for a VIP property I would think they should say something…but that’s me"
