Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. "Nice stay, location is great if you’re using the train and only spending a couple days. Hotel is convenient to everything in the center. Rooftop view is wonderful. Beds are fairly comfortable but nothing spectacular. Staff didn’t acknowledge VIP status and didn’t really say much, for a VIP property I would think they should say something…but that’s me"

"The hotel was in a great location, 5 min walk to the grand place. It is a lovely boutique hotel, you need to know the room is very small but very clean and modern. The shower in the 6th floor was luke warm in a morning, hot in the evening. No where to hang your clothes, no drawers or shelves or wardrobes. We had to place all our clothes on the suitcase rack. No shower gel in the shower area - cleaner needs to check this when cleaning. We just used the shampoo. The lift only holds 2 people -...

"Very nice hotel and amenities. The morning attendant at the front desk for check in is so amazing, helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The afternoon attendant was not, he did not want to answer our questions or help. It was a very nice hotel with excellent bedding, bathrooms and I would highly recommend it. "Very friendly and helpful front staff. Allowed us to check in very early (9 AM) for our 4 day stay for just 20 euros. Room very clean, plus we got two bottles of water each day free. Breakfast is excellent (but not free) - best to get it as part of a reservation package. Only complaint is the weird showers. No matter how you place the shower head, water spills out onto the floor of the doorless shower. Location was excellent to tourist areas and only a 2-3 minute walk to Central Station...

"Ok hotel spacious rooms. Good size bathhroom with walk in shower. View of immediate buildings or walls from room window not so great. Carpet was not clean and had a smell. Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. Good breakfast buffet selection in spacious dining area. Overall good "
