"I stayed only one night to visit Universal Studios for the day, and if I were to ever go back I'd stay at this hotel. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, staff is kind and was willing to help me as a foreigner get around, and it was super close to City Walk and the park. It has a laundry room inside the hotel and the breakfast was pretty good. It's buffet style. Also want to add the perk of having lockers in the hotel lobby to store your small luggage in while you're exploring the city after check in! "

The hotel's location was also fantastic, with close proximity to many attractions and areas of interest. Additionally, being next to the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and beyond. "Beautiful hotel, in a wonderful location. This hotel is in a building that is connected to a couple buildings with a mall, train and subway stations, a gorgeous park, and has a ton of food options around. It’s right in a central area right near big attractions and shopping areas. If you take the metro to get to the hotel, it is a little confusing figuring out where to go because it is attached, but I would just go toward the main exit and you will see signs for where to go. One of the hotel’s main restaurants is on the top floor with amazing views of Osaka. Also, probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, if just for the breakfast and location. But the rooms are very comfortable. Very nice experience all around. "
