"It’s an amazing hotel, we went to Phu quoc to stay at the Regent. We stayed on Their normal room with a sea view is huge, really big, clean, high quality finishing. After couple of days we changed our room to Pool Villa with Terrace. We stayed in many high class hotels around the world but this room “Pool villa with terrace” was the best one ever. Pool in the room is very big and trees around provides amazing shade. Bathroom, living room bedroom are all exceptional. Public pool in the hotel...

"Our first night we arrived we were out in a suite with no functioning air conditioning. We told staff right away because it was reading 29° in the room and it was so stuffy. They sent an engineer to fix it but did not fix anything in the end. After three attempts to fix it and several hours later we requested to be switched to another room. We asked to speak with a manager and we kept getting promised that they would make that happen but it never happened until I reached out to The hotels...

"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. Good location for covering all the different things to see in phu quoc. Hotel is nice and grounds beautiful just not sure it’s good value compared to other...

"Very nice resort, beautiful pool. Staff is very friendly and the AC works amazing in the rooms. Not a 5 star resort, but very nice. Right on the beach. The gym was small and they never kept the AC on in there. Breakfast was decent, nice selection. "

"My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dining options are good, not 5 star but still lots of variety. Overall its a great experience in a beautiful location. We have been to some nice resorts in Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, etc and this experience ranks right up there. If you want a new experience, try Vietnam on for size."

"Can’t say enough good things about staying at Green Bay. It has a quiet, relaxed vibe while still offering plenty to do. The rooms are luxurious and clean but not pretentious. The staff are all friendly and don’t try to sell you extras. The food quality is high end at a reasonable price. It’s far from the airport so get the shuttle. Better value that other hotels in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended! We will be returning."
