"Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere.
