"Hotel is in a business area of the city. There are lots of coffee shops around the location. Five minute walk to the train station. Only one stop away from Umeda station. Room was very large compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Great staff, offer a welcome beverage. Used the washing machines and they worked great."

"I strayed for five nights and the staff were very helpful. I had a room on the 9th floor and it was lovely. Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and the free Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge was a great bonus. Location is very easy and quick to get to from Namba Station. Highly recommended. "
