" I previously stayed at Cozy in 2018 and it was great, so I expected the same this time in 2024. The apartment we stayed at was run down, with water stains and paint peeling off the walls; water from the showers flooded the floors outside the showers; the washer/washing machine was filthy, not even a single complimentary pod or a little laundrry detergent was provided to get one started; the showers did not have hot water, which was eventually fixed but at great inconvenience to us. "I couldn't stay there and I couldn't get a refund. The room is so outdated, everything is old, I can hear the neighbors next door, there is, no privacy. The TV is like in the early 90's. It was a mistake that I made that reservation. Please before booking this place Ho and check tge room yourself. The staff were very nice and professional. Just the rooms are not good and worthy of the amount they are going for"

"This is a five star hotel located in an industrial area. For a night or.two stay prior to or following a flight it is perfect. They have airport pickup and drop off services. Outside the grounds is a night club called the Tunnel. If you are a light sleeper, request a room over looking the pool. The breakfast buffett is great. The room rates are good value for the high quality of the hotel. Dining and drinks on the other hand are a little exoensive.....but what do you expect from a hotel of this quality."

"Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely nice whether it was the service in their 3 restaurants, walking around in the hotel, or asking for information. Always willing to help even for a visit at the city market or a quick history tour of the hotel of the great explorers Stanley and Livingstone. Live music 3 times a week and the buffets were always very tasty. "
