Great Place to Stay
We had a great time at the Maui Park Shore. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The amenities that we liked the best were the pool and the large lanai. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Nice Condo
Nice stay, decent kitchen items, good size rooms and bathrooms. Never felt cramped with 4 adults. Could use some new ceiling fans as we had to setup extra floor fans in each room and the kitchen. Front lanai doors leaked during the storm but it was pretty bad. Location is nice and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Nice, close to the beach
Our stay here was very nice. We had close access to the beach, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night so it wasn’t a huge deal, just would have made our stay more comfortable.

Awesome Experience
We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

This is a centrally located property and just across from the beach. The condition of the mattress in the master bedroom is well worn out and it needs replacing ASAP, the foam pad on top of it won't cut it anymore.

Good location, unit had kitchen stuff and beach stuff, beach stuff we had to clean. Unit could have been cleaner, snorkel gear full of sand garbage in beach chairs, Kleenex under beds. Overall place was ok. We were able to use pool after check out.

The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!

This 2 bed 2 bath is extremely well stocked and right across from the beach. However, a week in August with no AC was uncomfortable. With a very old mattress, it was impossible to sleep and rest. The rayan couch is absolutely broken, the outdoor cushion is way overdue for updating and it needs a deep cleaning.

Clean, great location, nice cool breeze, but the onsite property manager is awful
We had a wonderful stay at the Parkshore. Our unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, an umbrella, ice chests, etc. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out on the lanai and in the living room/kitchen area. It was a great value for the nightly rate. Our only complaint is about the onsite property manager, Johnny. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to our kids multiple times throughout our stay. We got multiple e-mails from the property management co. about rules he said we were breaking at the pool...cannonballing, diving, roughhousing, etc. Our kids did none of those things and followed the very long list of "pool rules." They did rent mopeds one day, parked in the loading/unloading zone for 9 minutes, ran upstairs to grab snacks and beach towels. As soon as they parked there, Johnny came out to take pictures of the mopeds and I got an email immediately from the property management. We felt like he was targeting our kids, but I did see him do this to others at the pool during our stay so maybe he's just a bully. I would give this property 5 stars but I can't after the treatment we received from Johnny.

Great stay!
We had a great stay! It was perfect of our family! We had family staying in other condos on the property as well and we had the best views and shaded lanai! We were thrilled with our rental and hope to stay here again soon!

Worst place ever .
At the time of booking it didn’t state the condo didn’t have ac or sufficient parking. When we got there we realized no ac with two kids under 2. We had rented two cars And only had parking for one . Called the office to see where we could park the other car and no one answered or got back to us. We left it in the loading area by the front entrance overnight . Where it didn’t disturb anyone and the property manager came BANGING on our door in the morning threatening to get our car towed if we didn’t move it immediately. He was extremely rude and disrespectful . Definitely didn’t act like a manager of anything. He told us we had to park outside of the condo next to an area full of homeless people . The condo also was not cleaned properly. The sheets smelled as if they hadn’t been washed and the floor had hair everywhere upon arrival. My kids were walking barefoot and the bottom of their feet were black within minutes. The showers had mold everywhere . Don’t think it’s had a proper cleaning in years! Overall this was a terrible experience. WorSt place we’ve ever stayed at! Please save your money!!
