"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. "There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. "We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku.
