"Great staff, friendly and helpful. Always spotlessly clean. My room had a door onto the balcony on the famed Duval Street which was a great way to watch the Holiday Parade. The balcony is also where the complimentary breakfast is served. I was fortunate enough to have coffee making facilities and a microwave in my room but it was nice seeing the city wake up as you took your first coffee. "Stayed a week with family and an infant and had a great vacation! The property is really nice, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. It was surprising they charged us a per person charge so be mindful of that when booking this property. Amenities were great, we enjoyed the little ice cream bars that we received every night. The cleaning staff were also wonderful & efficient. Overall, highly recommend. "
