「Check in could have been better. We arrived early and was told we would be notified when our room was ready but no one notified us. I had to check again on my own after waiting for hours in the lobby. Room was clean, but the bathroom door handle came off when I tried to close the door, the sink had a poor drain, elevator didnt work, no ice machine nearby you have to go to lobby to request ice, and no microwave anywhere on premises. The private beach, pool, and hot tub were awesome and they did...

I want to make special mention of Ann - Marie at the front desk, Robert in the breakfast dining area, and Gabor from in he breakfast dining area, who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and catered to. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.」
