Wonderful 4th July Getaway
We really enjoyed our 4th July getaway at the Cooper Top tiny house. We enjoyed easy lake access and open water at Richland chambers lake. Perfect place to getaway from the big city and spend time with the family. Fishing was great and we will definitely be back.

Tiny Cooper Top Gem
I recently had the opportunity to stay (3/22/24) at this Tiny House, until now I never had the opportunity. I was impressed with the Tiny Home concept and even more impressed with the location of this particular property. The ease of reserving this property was a positive, the communication I received back from the company managing the property was good. The directions to the property and check in process was great. The home was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare a meal and stay a couple of nights and enjoy the scenic views. The screen in porch over looking the lake side on the peninsula was a bonus and being close enough to the lake to fish made a positive impression. The one hiccup we did experience was that the hot water heater stopped producing hot water on the second day of our stay. However we did communicate this after we realized that the water was no longer get hot and the managing personnel promptly responded and was able to get the matter resolved within a few hours. The other thing with notice was the amount of spider webs on the exterior and interior of the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to reserve this property again in the near future as the weather warms up.
