"Nice rooms, decent amenities ... but no concierge service and service staff not very helpful... assuming they even know the information. For those of you coming from the airport... note that you need to go to Saksaisuji-Honmachi station ... not Honmachi station (it's a one stop after train change at Honmachi station) ... or else you will drag your luggage 700m which is not as near as it sounds. And if you have luggage, the entrance/exit you are looking for is the one outside the Sukiya which...

"This is our second trip to Japan and decided to stay near the Shin-Osaka train station, within 9 minutes of walking distance. easy access to all locations. The area around hotel has limited shopping, however, at the train station we found over 30 restaurants, shopping, etc. The morning breakfast at the hotel is an absolute plus. A variety of delicious foods for all and great staff. We highly recommend it. We did use the on-site ONSEN and loved it. There were also other amenities like pajamas, personal items like lotion, etc. I love trying these out when we go the hotels in Japan. Our room was comfortable and modern. We would highly recommend this hotel and area."
