"The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when I informed them about my medical needs. The rooms are clean and a standard size for Japan. The bed was quite comfortable. Fresh towels everyday and they will clean your room perfectly if you place the sign on your door. Most of the literature in the hotel also has an English translation, so bonus! "Great location and has a large supermarket downstairs. Very short walk to Namba station with connections to everywhere. Room itself is getting a bit dated, showing some wear and tear, but still very comfortable. Only complaint is there's no safe. Breakfast is excellent with many different options."

"This was my first visit to Japan. I can’t believe the cleanliness of the place. It was easy to walk to the shopping areas around the hotel. The hotel room was very spacious (bigger than I expected). The hardest part was finding the rooms on the floor. It was rather complicated. Not the usual hallway rooms on left or right. "
