"The hotel sits steps from the ocean. If you get the ocean view you can sit on the terrace and watch the sun rise. Beautiful! You’re close to restaurants and a wonderful walking path. Bed is large though sheets though clean were worn. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room was shabby in spots. Some of the staff were friendly and on top of things. The woman who checked me in and was behind the desk was welcoming and helpful. You can borrow beach chairs and umbrellas to take to any of the wonderful...

"I enjoyed my stay at the Aston Islander. The property is well maintained and right on the ocean. There are number of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I especially liked the Happy hour at the bar by the pool — good place to talk to fellow travelers. The room itself was in pretty good shape but could use some touch up paint. The bed could have been better located — it was directly under the AC unit. Overall, I recommend and I’d stay here again. "

"I treated myself to a mini vaca. The service at the front desk, pool bar and housekeeping staff were awesome! The location allowed gorgeous views of the gardens as well as the ocean. The carpeting on the stairs and hallway are ages and warn. That was the only thing I felt needed attention. I’ll stay there again!’"

"Great location as a base to explore Kauai Island also an easy to relax on the property with the beach access and pool/jacuzzi, picnic tables and beautiful landscaped property. Great for couples or family. Lastly the staff was genuinely welcoming and friendly!! "
