This newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Cottage is a breath of salt air conveniently located near the North Cottages Beach Access. You enter through a bright and spacious kitchen, fully equipped with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker; everything you need to fix a home-cooked meal, and a bar top with seating for four. Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table, with seating for six, and a spacious living area with an abundance of seating and a beautiful fireplace. Off of the living area is the master bedroom, furnished with a KING bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The first floor provides easy access to the oceanside porch with ample outdoor seating and breathtaking views. Finishing off the ground floor is a half bath and stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own private bath and access to the upper balcony complete with outdoor furniture and dressed with a spectacular ocean view. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. This Cottage includes 8 beach towels, 4 adult bikes and a tire pump, 4 beach chairs, and a street legal Golf Cart. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS TO CART AND BIKES, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. PLEASE CONTACT MGMT IF YOU PLAN TO USE THESE AMENITIES DURING YOUR STAY. DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESSThe Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
