Hotel facility is new and room size is good. Except one day we get only 2 bottles of water instead of 3 for 3 guests. Called the front desk they asked us to buy from the vending machine. "

Highly recommend staying here— it’s 5 minute walk to Metro and 7 minute walk to Osaka station — super close to lots of food. Dotonbori area is about 10 mins by car but walkable too if youre looking to stroll through back streets. "
